Some tips for your kid’s first time on skis:
Rent kids’ ski gear
before you buy or borrow we recommend to go to a rental shop. Your kids can try different kind of boots to achieve a good boot fit. Gear needs to fit them personally - essential for making learning to ski easier.
Think about clothing essentials
warm underwear, waterproof jacket and pants, hat or even better helmet, gloves or mittens, goggles, ski socks, and sunscreen.
Consider booking a private lesson
as a one-on-one opportunity to get familiar with your child’s equipment and new sensations. This is ideal for young children and a guarantee that your child will receive undivided attention to ensure a positive first experience.
Avoid rushing during your holiday
We offer optimized tuition times. With private lessons you can choose from 3 flexi start times and with group lessons we go against the crowd from other ski schools.
Private family lesson for parents and children
Customized lesson that is suited to your family's ability level. Your lesson is designed to maximize and get the most out of your day. Please note our instructors are obligated to cater to the lowest skill level member of the family. This private is for parents and kids who want to learn together.
If you want to teach your kids to ski by yourself
Be sensitive about the terrain you choose. Make sure that it’s gentle, perhaps with a magic carpet or rope tow.
